Melanin Roots offers some products as a subscription, for your convenience. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing is handled and how you can cancel.

1. Enrollment

  • The price, billing frequency and renewal terms of a subscription are clearly shown before you complete your order.

2. Billing and payment

  • By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on the recurring schedule you selected, such as monthly.
  • Each subscription charge covers the product, any applicable taxes and any shipping fees.
  • If a payment fails, we may try the charge again or suspend your subscription until you give us updated payment information.

3. Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency stated, such as monthly, until you cancel.
  • You will be billed on each renewal date unless you cancel beforehand.
  • We may send you a renewal reminder by email before your billing date, depending on applicable law.

4. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • To avoid being charged for your next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
  • You can cancel in either of these ways:
    • Log in to your customer account on our website.

  • Once you cancel, you will not be billed again. Any orders we have already processed will still ship, and they are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

  • Subscription orders follow the same conditions as one-time purchases under our Refund Policy.
  • Refunds apply only to returned products, in line with our policy. Once an order has shipped, subscription charges that have already been processed are not refundable.

6. Changing your subscription

  • You can update your subscription details, for example by changing your delivery frequency, pausing shipments or updating your payment method, by logging in to your account or contacting our customer support team.
